Recipe for 6-inch Silicone Pan

Mix 4 egg yolks, 50g of milk and 36g of oil evenly in the mixing bowl. 

Add 60g of sieved cake flour to the mixture and stir evenly. Optional: Add a few drops of food coloring and mix evenly. 

Put the remaining egg whites in a basin and beat it using an electric whisk to make the meringue. Add granulated sugar at 3 different intervals while beating.

Add 1/3 of the whipped meringue to the mixture and stir evenly and add the remaining meringue and stir evenly again.

Pour the ready mixture into four silicone pans. 

Slightly shake the pan a few times to remove air bubbles.

Bake for approximately 17 minutes at about 155 degree Celsius (311 Fahrenheit).
(This is just a guide as the temperature and time require may differ for every oven, so keep an eye on it while baking).

Cool down the cake layers before removing from the silicone mold.
